LEAD Alliance Training Video

LEAD Alliance approached Create x Wonder to create a de-escalation training video for them to use repeatedly and efficiently to educate the whole alliance workforce, as well as subcontractors entering site. They previously relied on paper based inductions and it lacked engagement. The topic they wanted to cover was how to de-escalate tricky situations when staff are out on the job and representing LEAD Alliance.

CxW decided to approach this with a bit of humour, as we know that funny videos get more engagement and view rates. LEAD relied on us to come up with a concept and then we worked with the team at LEAD in a brainstorming session to refine this. CxW then scripted the video, created a shot list, and shot the video over 1 day on site. LEAD provided company-own Talent and they performed so well and really made the video what it is. Having talent that are enthusiastic, charismatic and engaging makes all the difference. We turned this around within 2 weeks from when we first were approached and pretty proud of the result.
