With an operational background, and a love for people and processes, Kirsty does her best work when she is developing new relationships and managing multiple projects. She's had to quickly get stuck into the creative process and this is truly where she loses track of time. Kirsty is also Co-Founder of Blend, our sister company.

With a deep technical background in VFX and animation, he is a true storyteller who treats every edit with deep care and attention to detail. After delivering exceptional results for our key clients, Gavin has officially joined us full-time, bringing his calm and creative approach to our team.
